Please note: All Gold Walk orders placed before 12pm (NZ Time) will be processed within 3 days. 

Like many businesses worldwide here at Gold Walk we are feeling the impact of COVID 19 and there are shipping delays internationally and nationally due to disruptions, cancellations, government restrictions etc meaning that your package may take longer to get to you then in the past and we thank you for your understanding and ongoing support.

GW Discount Codes

Any discount or promotional code provided/shared by ORIGIN or a third party can only be used on full price ORIGIN clothing, and can not be used on sale items, or in conjunction with any other order.

GW Currency, Taxes and Duty

Please note that all payments made on this site are in New Zealand Dollars.

For orders being shipped within New Zealand, prices are inclusive of GST.

Gold Walk is legally required to include an invoice where the total value paid is declared on international shipments. International customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. Express international orders are more likely to gain Custom and Duty charges while standard international is delivered through the post system and generally avoids these charges.

Gold Walk does not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees and duties.

Gold Walk order change: If you placed an order which you want to change either the items or delivery details then get it touch (the sooner the better) we will do our absolute best to make it happen. Send an email to hello@originclothing.co.nz with the subject line URGENT ORDER CHANGE. Please note that we work 8.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday (NZ time).

Gold Walk Returns

Gold Walk Policy for purchases – Here at Gold Walk we hope that you love your purchases as much as we do, if you are unsatisfied with an item then please refer to the process below. Please ensure that you have read and understand this information before contacting us regarding your return. Register your return within 30 days of your items arriving as per tracking information via the form below. Please note, they must be returned via post in the original packaging and condition (unworn with all tags attached) after you have an email from us confirming your return. Once received we aim to process within 3 working days (during busy periods this may take up to 5 days) where we will issue you a credit note to repurchase the correct size/items.

It is important to note that we require returned items to be in the same condition in which the goods were received. Any items that have been attempted to be returned but are not in the original condition (this includes but is not limited to make up stains, animal hair or any other sort of soil) will be sent back to you.

We cannot accept returns if the following conditions apply:
- Goods were on sale or offered at a discount (including flash sales/promo codes).
- The customer is unable to provide proof of purchase.
- If the goods have already been exchanged previously.
- The goods are not purchased directly from Gold Walk.
- Goods have been altered.
- Goods have been worn.
- Goods have been damaged after purchase.
- The goods are swimwear, hats or intimates

Gold Walk Refunds

Once you have received your items, you have 30 days from when the goods were received (as per tracking information) to complete the return/refund form AND return the items to us in original condition (unworn/unused, tags still attached with no stains/ other damage) in the original packaging. It is essential that all order/invoice/tracking information is included to ensure smooth process. *Please note we do not offer refunds for sale items/ items purchased with a discount code, instead we will exchange for the correct items OR issue a credit note for future use.

We cannot accept refunds if the following conditions apply:
- Goods were on sale or offered at a discount (including flash sales/promo codes).
- The customer is unable to provide proof of purchase.
